Location: Maple Valley, WA

Base Salary: $60,000 - $63,000 (DOE) + Generous Performance-Based Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and outstanding guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of 15+ staff, managing scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Uphold rigorous standards for food quality, presentation, and service while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, streamline ordering processes, and implement cost-control measures to achieve financial targets.
• Drive sales through exceptional guest interactions and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume, full-service setting.
• Strong leadership skills with a talent for motivating and developing teams.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., Toast, Aloha) and inventory control.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a guest-centric mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of Northwest cuisine or culture is a plus!
