We’re seeking a motivated District Manager to oversee this expansion, mentor teams, and establish a culture of excellence.

 

About the Role

The District Manager will act as the CEO of the region, leading operations, building a strong team, and championing a positive, inclusive work culture. This role is pivotal to ensuring the successful launch and growth of the new locations, while fostering strong connections with staff and customers alike.


Key Responsibilities

  • Team Mentorship: Recruit and develop top-tier store leaders, providing guidance and clear career growth opportunities.
  • Culture Leadership: Set the tone for a collaborative, high-energy culture that reflects our values.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage the performance of multiple locations, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Performance Management: Establish and achieve sales and profitability goals, while seeking efficiencies to maximize results.
  • Hands-On Leadership: Step in as needed to support store operations and ensure seamless execution.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee local payroll, inventory, and expense management.

  • Experience: Previous success in multi-unit management, talent development, and brand building.
  • Leadership Style: Ability to connect with younger teams and work effectively with diverse groups, including a strong female presence.
  • Characteristics: Optimistic, energetic, and focused on long-term objectives.
  • Professional Background: Demonstrated job loyalty and passion for cultivating strong teams.


Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: $70-$75k annually, with performance-based earnings potential up to 50% of salary
  • Comprehensive Training: Participate in an immersive 8-week training program to learn our operations and culture.
