Restaurant Manager – High-Volume Coastal Dining Destination | Naples, FL | $62K–$70K + Bonus

This isn’t your average Restaurant Manager role. We’re looking for a hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced, guest-first environments and wants to be part of something bigger than just dinner service.

You’ll step into a leadership position at one of the busiest restaurant destinations in Southwest Florida—just steps from the beach and pulling in a healthy mix of locals, vacationers, and regulars who know quality when they taste it. From fresh coastal cuisine to handcrafted cocktails and service that runs like clockwork, this operation delivers an experience, not just a meal.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience managing full-service restaurants, preferably upscale casual or high-volume coastal concepts
• Strong understanding of both front and back of house operations—can move seamlessly between the host stand and the expo line
• Comfortable managing labor, food cost, and driving financial performance alongside a GM
• A calm, confident presence under pressure. Someone who builds trust, holds high standards, and leads with a guest-first mindset
• Based in or willing to relocate to Southwest Florida (relocation not provided)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary between $62,000 and $70,000
• Monthly and annual bonus potential
