We’re searching for a polished, process-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead a well-established dining operation within a private residential community in Southwest Florida. This is a full-service, full-responsibility role overseeing a 125-seat restaurant that serves discerning residents who expect consistency, quality, and a personalized touch.

This isn’t open to the public—and that’s the point. You’ll be leading a trusted gathering place for homeowners who value high standards and a warm, familiar experience.

What You’ll Own:

• Full front and back-of-house oversight—staffing, scheduling, service, and operational execution
• Financial accountability including inventory, labor, and cost controls
• Collaborating with community leadership on planning, events, and strategic improvements
• Leading and developing a team to deliver consistent service and uphold a clean, professional environment
