🔥 What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and timing meet or exceed expectations
  • Hire, train, and mentor culinary staff, building a culture of professionalism and accountability
  • Design seasonal menus, incorporating current culinary trends and guest preferences
  • Manage inventory, food purchasing, and vendor relationships to support cost-effective operations
  • Monitor food and labor costs, ensuring financial performance aligns with goals
  • Uphold the highest standards for food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness
  • Step in as needed on the line or expo during busy service periods
  • Collaborate closely with front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in a full-service or hotel restaurant
  • Proven success managing kitchen staff, driving performance, and reducing turnover
  • Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and ordering systems
  • A passion for culinary creativity and menu innovation
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to support the team during peak periods
