As the right-hand to our Executive Chef, you’ll be the kitchen’s co-captain, whipping up mouthwatering dishes, keeping the vibe high, and ensuring our food is the talk of the town. What You’ll Be Doing (Your Recipe for Success):

  • Team up with the Executive Chef to run the kitchen like a well-oiled machine, coaching our crew to nail every dish.
  • Train and inspire the squad to follow recipes and make every plate picture-perfect.
  • Keep the pantry stocked, order supplies like a pro, and minimize waste.
  • Ensure the kitchen meets all food safety standards and stays spotless.
  • Cook up high-quality dishes that keep our guests coming back for more, with consistent flavors and stunning presentations.
  • Dream up new menu items and seasonal specials with the team to keep things fresh and exciting.
  • Jump in for catering gigs, delivering top-notch food on time, every time.
  • Run shifts like a boss, scheduling staff and keeping the kitchen humming during the busiest hours.


What You Bring to the Table (Your Secret Ingredients):

  • Strong culinary skills and a deep love for all things food.
  • Inventory management know-how to keep costs low and supplies high.
  • Food safety expertise with a focus on hygiene standards.
  • Leadership skills that motivate and unite a diverse team, even when the kitchen’s heating up.
  • Shift management experience to keep things smooth during the dinner rush.
  • Bonus points for food service management experience or knowledge of dietary needs.
  • No Sous Chef experience? No problem! We’d love 10+ years as a Cook and 4+ years as a Line Cook.
  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
  • Cool under pressure with an eye for detail.
