As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with various tasks including managing staff, overseeing operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in daily operations including opening and closing procedures
• Train and develop staff to provide exceptional customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Create employee schedules and manage labor costs

Qualifications:

• 2 years industry management experience
• Ability to drive sales and build profit
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused environment
