Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 + Benefits and Bonus Packages

Title of Position: Restaurant Manager

Job Description: Our Restaurant Manager will handle the daily operations and ensure our procedures and high standards are being met and exceeded daily. The right candidate will have the ability to delegate and build trust but will inspect what they expect leading by example. This individual will be a great teacher and communicator. The Restaurant Manager will be able to hold their staff accountable while still showing care for their team. We are looking for an individual who is a leader in the community with a positive attitude and winning personality. Making quick decisions and problem solving are fundamentally important in the Restaurant Manager position.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant Manager; fast casual background preferred
• High volume background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $2 million per year in sales
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant Manager must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
