Title of Position: General Manager
Location: Gainesville, FL

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Gainesville, FL location. The General Manager carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. The General Manager is responsible for a full team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members. WHAT YOU’LL BRING
•         Customer Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes assessment of guests’ needs, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
•         Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
•         Supply Chain - Knowledge of raw materials, supply processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective supply and distribution of goods.
•         Personnel and Human Resources - Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
•         Sales and Marketing - Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
•         Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
