Title of Position – Director of Guest Services
Job Description: The Director of Guest Services will conduct daily front office operations to ensure successful execution of all safety and service standards and completion of daily tasks and assignments. Ensures daily success of check-in standards and operational efficiencies. The Director of Guest Services will achieve service objectives by contributing to strategic plans, preparing and implementing action plans, and upholding productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. They will ensure guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service that inspires repeat visits and fosters a "family tradition" ethos. The director will maintain a safe and healthy environment by enforcing standards, adhering to regulations, and driving continuous system improvements. Staying informed through educational opportunities, professional development, and networking, they will enhance the resort's reputation by taking ownership of tasks, addressing unique requests, and identifying opportunities to add value.

Qualifications:
· Must have an associate degree or higher in hospitality, hotel management or related field
· Must have a bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management or equivalent experience
· The Director of Guest Services must possess strong leadership and coaching skills
· Proven customer service skills and communication skills; able to read and interpret English
· Minimum of 3+ years of Guest Service management experience, demonstrating ability to develop comprehensive organizational plans and managing people to obtain individual and organizational goals
· Successful completion of a criminal background and drug screen
· Previous experience at the Director level at a themed resort
· Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
