Job Title: Executive Chef Location: Gold Canyon, AZ Salary: $100,000-$125,000 (depending on experience)

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or head of kitchen operations in a fine dining environment
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and flexibility to adjust menus according to seasonal availability
• Passion for innovative and creative cuisine, with a focus on quality and presentation
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the culinary team to ensure excellence in food quality and service
• Innovate and design menus that reflect the fine dining concept, incorporating seasonal ingredients and member preferences
• Control kitchen costs by optimizing food purchasing, production, and waste reduction
• Uphold the highest standards for food safety and hygiene
• Oversee kitchen staffing, training, and performance evaluations to foster a culture of teamwork and professionalism
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experiences through culinary offerings
• Engage with members to understand and exceed their culinary expectations
