Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated District Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations in Southern California, focusing on the Orange County and Long Beach areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations, team leadership, and performance management. This hands-on, field-based role is essential in ensuring each restaurant operates smoothly and profitably while maintaining our high standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations for 4–7 restaurants, ensuring consistent adherence to operational standards and exceptional guest service.
  • Train, coach, and develop General Managers and their teams to exceed performance expectations.
  • Conduct routine visits to each location to evaluate execution, cleanliness, food quality, and team morale.
  • Drive results across key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales, labor management, and food costs.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of management-level talent.
  • Partner with the executive team on organizational priorities, new initiatives, and restaurant openings.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations at all locations.
  • Foster a culture centered on accountability, recognition, and continual improvement.


Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (fast-casual or casual dining preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving financial and operational goals.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly to restaurant locations, up to 80% of the time.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


Target Base Salary: From $95,000 per year
