What You’ll Do

• Lead FOH and BOH operations to ensure consistency, quality, and smooth execution
• Create an environment that delivers outstanding hospitality and memorable guest experiences
• Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to team members
• Oversee labor planning, scheduling, and team performance
• Serve as a key brand ambassador and ensure all guest relations reflect company values
• Monitor and drive restaurant profitability through smart decision-making and leadership

What You Bring

• 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience required
• Proven experience managing both FOH and BOH operations
• Background in restaurants with a full-service bar and scratch kitchen
• Experience leading a team of 15+ staff members
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general restaurant technology systems
