A prestigious hospitality group located in Southern California’s premier wine region is seeking a visionary and hands-on Vice President of Food & Beverage to lead multi-property F&B operations across resort, winery, and inn concepts. With five year-round restaurants, two seasonal outlets, and a culture rooted in excellence and sustainability, this is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate a thriving culinary destination.

About the Role:
The Vice President of Food & Beverage provides executive oversight of all culinary and front-of-house operations across three connected hospitality properties. This leader manages a team of over 100 staff and 7 outlet managers, ensuring an aligned, high-quality guest experience across multiple venues ranging from fine dining to poolside casual. The role is not responsible for tasting rooms or special events but will collaborate across departments to support broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead F&B operations across five full-time outlets and two seasonal concepts
- Drive guest satisfaction, service consistency, and team performance
- Partner with executive chefs and managers on menu, beverage, and service programs
- Oversee labor and food costs, forecast seasonal demands, and manage P&Ls
- Implement systems that improve operational efficiency and training
- Guide seasonal hiring and high-volume readiness strategies
- Ensure full compliance with all safety, health, and sanitation regulations
- Champion a culture of hospitality, collaboration, and growth
- Align culinary and FOH leadership with long-term strategic objectives
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of progressive F&B leadership across multi-unit, high-volume operations
- Proven success overseeing both FOH and BOH teams
- Expertise in financial management, labor planning, and scaling seasonal operations
- Hospitality-first mindset with a passion for food, wine, and service
- Wine country experience and wine service knowledge a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts preferred
Schedule & Work Conditions:
- Full-time, exempt role with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Occasional travel between properties; vehicle stipend or mileage reimbursement provided
