Title of Position: Kitchen Manager

Job Description: Our Kitchen Manager will be responsible for training and educating all kitchen members on our company’s culture, philosophies, standards and operations by creating an experience every guest will seek to repeat. This person will be responsible for keeping food and labor costs within budget, and will do so by constantly training Team Members on cost control. The Kitchen Manager will attend weekly management meetings, build teamwork among Team Members and Managers, and create a fun and energetic environment. Also, the Kitchen Manager will ensure efficient ordering so that the proper amount of quality product is available, and will ensure that all food is prepared according to the recipe and served at the proper temperatures and presentation.

Qualifications:

· High volume experience of 3+ years as a Kitchen Manager is a must for this position

· A true desire to mentor and develop people is a must for the Kitchen Manager

· A solid track record in achieving financial results is a must for the Kitchen Manager

· The Kitchen Manager must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty

· The Kitchen Manager may be required to work nights/weekends/holidays
