Title of Position: REGIONAL MANAGER

Job Description: The Regional Manager is responsible for leading and supporting a group of QSR locations within a defined territory. This individual will ensure store-level success through effective leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on growth, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Oversee daily operations of multiple QSR units to ensure efficiency, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

·        Recruit, develop, and mentor General Managers and their teams to achieve performance goals.

·        Monitor P&L statements, implement cost controls, and drive financial performance.

·        Conduct regular site visits to evaluate store conditions and operational effectiveness.

·        Implement company policies and ensure compliance with food safety, health, and labor regulations.

·        Analyze performance metrics and provide strategic guidance to improve sales, service, and labor optimization.

·        Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and field operations.

·        Lead regional initiatives including new store openings, training programs, and community engagement.

Qualifications:

·        5+ years of multi-unit management experience in the QSR or fast casual segment.

·        Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.

·        Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and operational metrics.

·        Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
