Job Description

Market Leader – Boutique Wellness Retail (South Florida)

Fort Lauderdale

Full-Time | Base Salary: $52,000–$60,000

The Mission:

This isn’t your typical store manager role. We’re looking for someone who’s half community builder, half operator, and 100% entrepreneur. If you’ve ever dreamed of running your own boutique wellness business—minus the capital risk—this is your moment.

We’re a fast-growing, health-focused concept with a loyal, lifestyle-driven following. Our customers don’t just shop—they trust us to fuel their goals. From ready-to-eat meals to coaching and wellness services, we’re a true partner in their daily routine.

But here’s the thing: our stores don’t run on auto-pilot. They thrive when the person leading them treats the space like it’s theirs. We’re not here to micromanage—we’re here to empower. If you're energized by building culture, leading small teams, and being the face of something people believe in, we want to talk.

What You’ll Actually Do:

  • Own the Store (Seriously): Lead your location—or two—like it’s your name on the lease.
  • Be Everywhere: Inside the store, at community events, with local businesses, hosting tastings, and building partnerships. You're not stuck behind a counter.
  • Lead a Mighty Team: Coach and grow 6–8 team members to deliver world-class service.
  • Drive Performance: Meet sales goals, manage inventory like a pro, and keep waste under 3%.
  • Pilot Something Big: You’ll be at the forefront of a new B2B channel—think hotels, hospitals, and more. No manual. No red tape. Just you and a huge opportunity.
  • Solve Problems Fast: Whether it’s a walk-in cooler or a scheduling hiccup, you know how to jump in, fix it, and keep things moving.

Who Thrives Here:

  • People who get the power of brand connection and customer experience.
  • Operators who hustle: You’re cool with structure, but you don’t need it to excel.
  • People-first leaders: You light up when you connect with others—and they remember you.
  • Community junkies: You know your local market. You like being in it, not watching from the sidelines.
  • Builders: You want to help shape something that’s still growing. You’re not waiting for a roadmap.

Schedule & Culture:

  • Sunday through Thursday, mostly days.
  • Emergencies happen—coolers break, staff calls out—but the goal is balance.
  • We promote from within (our marketing manager started in a store), but don’t expect a checklist. Your initiative drives your path.

The Bottom Line:

If you’ve been looking for a role where you get to own the outcome—not just follow instructions—and be part of something that’s growing, authentic, and values-driven, this is the opportunity. It’s leadership with heart, hustle, and a healthy twist.
