Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, upscale casual restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop a high-performance team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
• Proficient in restaurant operations, including inventory management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities: As the General Manager of one of our Pennsylvania locations, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional customer service and dining experience.
• Leading and mentoring a dynamic team to achieve restaurant goals and uphold our brand values.
• Managing budgets, P&L statements, and driving financial performance.
• Implementing and upholding high-quality standards in food safety and cleanliness.
• Coordinating with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Engaging with the community and promoting our ‘Dine Out for Charity’ program.
• Reporting to senior management on restaurant activity and development.
