Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead our full-service hotel operations. This position offers the unique opportunity to oversee every aspect of the guest experience, operations, and staff performance, ensuring that our property exceeds guest expectations and achieves its business objectives. Candidates must bring a proven track record of leadership in the Full Service Hospitality Industry, with food and beverage experience as a critical requirement. Experience within the IHG brand is highly preferred.

Salary range: $95,000 - $120,000


Responsibilities

  • Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless and efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Implement and monitor strategies to maximize profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop department teams to cultivate exceptional service standards and a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to drive quality, innovation, and revenue growth while maintaining cost controls.
  • Maintain compliance with all IHG brand standards, safety regulations, and hotel policies.
  • Develop and manage the hotel’s budget, focusing on cost control and revenue growth strategies.
  • Utilize performance data and guest feedback to evaluate and improve key metrics, such as guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, vendors, and stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a full-service hotel environment, with significant exposure to the Food and Beverage sector.
  • IHG brand experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in maximizing operational efficiency while achieving guest satisfaction and financial goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in revenue management, budget preparation, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred, but relevant work experience will also be considered.
