Position: General Manager in Training (GMIT)

Location: Jacksonville, FL

What You'll Do as GMIT:

As a GMIT, you’ll work closely with an experienced General Manager, learning the ins and outs of running a successful, high-volume restaurant. You’ll lead shifts, motivate team members, build strong guest relationships, and manage key operations like inventory, food cost, and labor. Most importantly, you'll build the foundation for becoming a full GM.

What You Bring:

·        2+ years of restaurant leadership experience (preferably full-service)

·        A strong desire to grow into a General Manager role

·        Positive energy, confidence, and a calm presence

·        Solid problem-solving and team coaching skills

·        A passion for guest service and team success
