Title of Position: Assistant Director of Finance

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 + 15% Bonus, Temp Housing and Relocation Assistance.

Job Description: Our ideal Assistant Director of Finance performs analysis of and develops and implements strategic plans for all finance-related programs, including insurance, risk management, information systems, purchasing, payroll, and benefits. The Assistant Director of Finance develops, reviews, and distributes capital and operational budgets. Develops, reviews, and distributes monthly financial statements with the assistance of the DOF.

The Assistant Director of Finance prepares cash flow forecasts and oversees daily bank balance activity to mitigate risk and ensure optimal operating cash reserves and collaborates with the operations, development, and HR on organizational initiatives and strategic planning. The Assistant Director of Finance will adhere to all safety and (PPE) guidelines. Working alongside the DOF is vital for the Assistant Director of Finance to accurately establish income revenue projections and expenses for the annual budget. The Assistant Director of Finance will submit end-of-month reports to Corporate Accounting with assistance from the DOF. The Assistant Director of Finance will work with staff for accomplish F&B inventory.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in accounting required and CPA designation preferred, MBA a plus for the Director of Finance

·       The Director of Finance should have 5+ years of increasing financial leadership responsibility with experience in operational finance and FP&A at a high-growth company

·       The Director of Finance must have experience managing organizations with minimum annual revenue of $40M preferred

·       Trust, honesty, integrity, and true passion and accuracy is a requirement for the Director of Finance

·       Experience in the hospitality and gaming industry is recommended for the Director of Finance
