Title of Position: Restaurant Manager 

Job Description: Our search for a Restaurant Manager is aimed at dedicated individuals who are consistently striving to exceed expectations and have a confirmed record for achieving service prestige. The Food and Beverage Manager must manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. The Restaurant Manager must design exceptional menus, purchase goods, and continuously make necessary improvements alongside the Director of Food & Beverage. The Restaurant Manager must identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns. Our Restaurant Manager requires leading the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel. 

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 + 5% Bonus Eligibility + Relocation

Qualifications: 

· The Restaurant Manager must have high-volume, upscale restaurant management experience of at least 3 years 

· The ability to delegate tasks is an essential skill for the Food and Beverage Manager 

· The Restaurant Manager must be extremely guest oriented with the highest degree of honesty and integrity 

· Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Micros is a must for the Food and Beverage Manager 

· The Restaurant Manager should make themselves available to the restaurant at all times
