Title of Position: General Manager

Job Description: The General Manager is responsible for ensuring operational excellence by overseeing daily opening and closing duties, maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across all areas, including the restaurant, bars, dog parks, and patios. The General Manager provides strong staff leadership by supervising shifts, managing schedules, onboarding, training, and conducting performance evaluations. With a focus on guest service and community engagement, the General Manager handles interactions professionally to ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors, both human and canine. Safety and maintenance are key, as they enforce rules for leashed and unleashed spaces and manage incident reports or emergencies. Additionally, the General Manager assists in planning and executing public and private events, supports inventory control and supply ordering, and ensures food and beverage quality meets high standards. By partnering with the management team, the General Manager works to set and achieve sales goals, optimize labor, and control costs, all while fostering a culture of positivity, adaptability, and extraordinary service.
