What You’ll Do

• Lead Culinary Operations: Partner with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring flawless execution of menus across restaurants, banquets, and events.

• Manage the Team: Train, mentor, and motivate a talented kitchen staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, precision, and creativity.

What You Bring

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
• 3+ years in a sous chef or senior culinary leadership role, ideally in a resort, hotel, or high-volume upscale dining environment.

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a knack for building cohesive teams.
