About the Opportunity:

We’re seeking a passionate, performance-driven District Manager who thrives on developing leaders, driving results, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in the Jacksonville, FL market. In this role, you’ll oversee multiple restaurant locations, mentor high-performing teams, and lead with purpose. What You’ll Do:

• The District Manager will lead the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations with a focus on financial success, guest satisfaction, and team development.
• The District Manager will mentor, train, and support General Managers and their teams to meet and exceed company goals.
• The District Manager will conduct regular performance and operational reviews; create and implement action plans based on findings.
• The District Manager will oversee and optimize controllable costs including food, labor, and supplies, ensuring alignment with budgeted P&L targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, labor, and local regulatory standards is a must for the District Manager.
• The District Manager will support new restaurant openings and ensure locations meet brand standards.
• The District Manager will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on staffing, training, marketing, and facility improvements.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant or retail management
• Proven track record in driving financial and operational success
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel to assigned restaurant locations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
