Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality and presentation.
• Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and prep team.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain budget goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on menu development and specials.
• Maintain a smooth workflow during high-volume service periods.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong culinary skills with expertise in menu execution and food safety.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a kitchen team.
• Experience with inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid food handler’s certification (required); ServeSafe certification (preferred).
