Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality.
• Train, inspire, and guide front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver top performance.
• Assist with financial tasks like cost control, inventory, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
• Foster a warm, welcoming vibe for guests and handle feedback with finesse.
• Step up to lead the team in the General Manager’s absence.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant with a bar.
• Strong leadership skills with a knack for building team synergy.
• Experience with financial oversight (e.g., P&L, inventory management).
• Knowledge of bar operations and customer service excellence.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid food handler’s and alcohol service certifications (preferred).
