Title of Position: General Manager (GM)
Job Description: The General Manager (GM) will oversee daily operations across departments, including Operations, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Events, ensuring smooth management and exceptional service standards. This role involves implementing strategic plans, driving financial performance through budgeting, cost control, and reporting, while ensuring transparency with accounting teams. The GM will enhance member and guest satisfaction by fostering relationships, addressing concerns, and creating retention and acquisition programs. Additionally, the General Manager will manage facility upkeep to meet the highest safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards. Marketing and business development efforts will be key, with a focus on growing the brand and promoting the venue as a premier destination for events, tournaments, and memberships.

Qualifications:
· Proven experience (5+ years) in a General Manager or senior leadership role within hospitality or entertainment.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA or PGA Class A preferred).
· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Financial expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and capital planning.
· Knowledge of agronomy, golf course operations, and high-level member services.
· Entrepreneurial, solution-focused mindset with resilience in dynamic settings. A Proven history in marketing, event planning, and performance metrics.
· Front-of-house (FOH) leadership experience, excelling in team management and guest engagement.
· Tech-savvy with proficiency in POS systems, CRM tools, and digital platforms. A Creative, collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering an upscale, distinctive experience.
