What You’ll Do:

Lead the Pack:

• Hire, train, and fire up hourly staff
• Hand out tasks to leads and crew
• Keep customer service top-notch

Handle the Books:

• Schedule smart to hit labor goals
• Track inventory to keep food costs in check
• Dig into weekly financials to boost sales and profits

The Goods:

• Epic Manager Program: Stick around five years, score a four-week paid break and a bonus worth a full year’s pay (terms apply)
• Starting salary: $85,000–$95,000
• Quarterly bonuses up to 20% of your salary
