Compensation: $90,000+ base salary + quarterly bonus

We're looking for an Executive Chef who brings creativity, operational excellence, and team leadership to the forefront of the kitchen.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead kitchen operations with a strong guest-first, high-touch approach
• Support a newly reimagined menu featuring sushi and globally inspired offerings
• Build, train, and develop a high-performance culinary team
• Collaborate with leadership on new initiatives and theme nights (e.g., Latin Thursdays, Disco Fridays, Brunch)
• Oversee food quality, sanitation, safety, inventory, and cost control
• Drive efficiencies in labor and food costs while maintaining world-class food standards

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of culinary management experience in high-volume upscale dining
• Strong organizational, leadership, and mentorship skills
• High attention to detail and pride in presentation and product
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, diverse environment
• Knowledge of sushi, global cuisine, and modern cooking trends
