GENERAL MANAGER FOR JACKSONVILLE’S PREMIER DINING DESTINATION
We are a well-established, upscale restaurant known for our vibrant rooftop bar, coastal-inspired American cuisine, and genuine hospitality. Since 2017, we’ve become a beloved destination in Jacksonville’s Riverside neighborhood, attracting both locals and visitors. As our restaurant group continues to grow, we are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead this flagship location and ensure its continued success as a cornerstone of our brand.
The General Manager serves as both the operational and cultural leader of the restaurant. This is a hands-on role that requires a dynamic individual who can drive revenue, inspire a large team, build community relationships, and uphold exceptional standards in service, food, and overall guest experience. The GM will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and home office leadership to deliver consistent performance across guest satisfaction, team development, and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant and rooftop bar
- Lead, coach, and support front-of-house managers and hourly staff
- Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and execution
- Partner with the Executive Chef and bar leadership on menu development, promotions, and quality control
- Manage financials including labor, cost of goods, P&L performance, and budgeting
- Drive revenue through local marketing, partnerships, and special events
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Foster a positive workplace culture that emphasizes team development, retention, and recognition
- Serve as the key liaison between the restaurant and corporate leadership

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams of 50+ employees
- Strong financial acumen and familiarity with POS, inventory, and scheduling systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- A guest-first attitude with a passion for hospitality and excellence
- Knowledge of the Jacksonville dining scene is a plus
- A genuine passion for food, people, and community engagement
