Key Responsibilities:

• Drive proactive sales efforts with a focus on Business Transient (BT) and group segments.
• Re-segment and deploy strategies to grow market share.
• Build and maintain a robust group funnel, closing business swiftly.
• Leverage strong pricing strategies and business case development for RFP season.
• Maintain and expand relationships to achieve results quickly.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a proactive seller with strong BT and group sales expertise.
• Marriott experience preferred; extended-stay experience a plus.
• Exceptional ability to dissect group opportunities and close deals.
• Strategic thinker with pricing and segmentation skills to drive growth.
• Self-motivated leader comfortable working independently as a one-person sales team.

Team Structure:

• Solo role with no direct reports or coordinators.
• Reports to Regional Director of Sales and General Manager.
