Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 Base + Attainable Quarterly Bonus Plan (Total Comp $80K+)

We’re hiring a positive, driven, and hands-on General Manager to lead operations at a popular full-service BBQ concept in Novi, MI. What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations across both FOH and BOH
• Set the tone for culture, accountability, and hospitality
• Coach and develop team members through positive, hands-on leadership
• Maintain standards for food quality, speed, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance
• Manage P&L and drive profitability through labor and cost controls
• Support large-scale catering operations and strengthen community relationships
• Step in to support nearby locations as needed

What You Bring

• 3+ years of GM-level experience in a full-service restaurant
• Skilled in both front- and back-of-house leadership
• Proven track record managing P&L and achieving performance goals
• Strong team-building and coaching ability
• Calm under pressure with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Passion for food, hospitality, and community engagement
• Willingness to help across nearby locations (Taylor/Westland) when needed
• Experience in high-volume catering operations is a big plus
