Compensation: $60,000 – $67,000 Base + Attainable Quarterly Bonus

We’re hiring a people-first, team-driven Restaurant Manager to support operations at a busy and beloved BBQ restaurant in Roseville, MI. Known for handcrafted food and high-energy service, we’re looking for a leader who thrives on teamwork and believes in leading by example.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the GM in daily restaurant operations
• Lead pre-shift meetings and coach team members throughout service
• Hire, train, and develop hourly team members
• Jump into all areas of service as needed—FOH and BOH
• Support large-scale catering orders and off-premise dining
• Maintain food safety, service standards, and cleanliness
• Manage scheduling, labor, and shift performance metrics

What You Bring

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
• Strong people skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset
• Hands-on leadership style—you don’t mind getting your hands dirty
• Ability to manage busy shifts with a calm, problem-solving approach
• Willingness to work between Taylor and Roseville locations as needed
• Experience in catering operations is a major plus
