Title of Position: Restaurant Franchise Consultant
Job Description: The person in this position will conduct reviews of the Franchise Partner for the financial stability of the location periodically. The Restaurant Franchise Consultant will be responsible for maintaining and increasing standards of customer service and controlling the training processes are upheld. This is a stimulating job where you act as a role model, take full operational responsibility for your specific product lines and the credit for a job well done. The Restaurant Franchise Consultant must collaborate with Franchise Partners to develop initiatives in marketing for stores. The Restaurant Franchise Consultant will improve areas of food cost, OSAT, and labor. Guiding managers and shift leaders towards proper certifications is a requirement of the Restaurant Franchise Consultant. The Restaurant Franchise Consultant will oversee leading new product launch and program training.

Qualifications:
•Must have multi-unit management experience of at least three years with excellent tenure
•Must have current franchise business consulting experience or multi-unit experience
•Must be able to conduct unit staffing, formulation, and review of schedules, analyze the performance of partners
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and present comprehensive reports, interpersonal and negotiation skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail is a must
•Must be extremely guest orientated with the highest degree of honesty and integrity
