We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Director of Finance to lead our financial operations with passion and precision. You’ll oversee accounting, budgeting, and financial planning for our resort and related real estate entities, ensuring smooth operations and sound financial health.

Salary: $165,000-$175,000, based on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Guide accounting processes, ensuring compliance and safeguarding assets.
• Craft and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Oversee daily revenue audits for departments like Golf, Food & Beverage, and Lodging.
• Manage cash flow and vendor payments, keeping leadership informed.
• Prepare year-end financial and tax reports.
• Build and train a stellar finance team, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Work closely with ownership of this and 3 other properties.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, vendors, and agencies.
• Ensure ethical procurement, securing the best value for our organization.
• Uphold a professional, positive presence with colleagues and guests.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (MBA a plus).
• 5+ years in hospitality accounting, 2+ years in real estate/development.
• Experience with private clubs.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in Google/Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets.
• A team player with a knack for critical thinking and a passion for hospitality.
