Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager
Full-Time | On-Site | Southern California (Temecula Area)
Compensation: $90,000 – $112,000 DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re passionate about storytelling, and we’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to help us bring our brands to life across all digital platforms.
About the Role:
This is a key leadership role responsible for the execution of digital marketing, content strategy, social media management, public relations, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative and analytical skills and a deep understanding of what drives digital engagement and brand consistency across multiple properties.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social, web, email, and third-party channels
- Lead the content calendar, copywriting, and brand voice across all platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with property-level leadership to align on marketing goals
- Manage external vendors including photographers, videographers, designers, and PR firms
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback via Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and social media
- Drive and report on digital campaign performance, lead generation, and engagement metrics
- Oversee the production of marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines
- Coordinate and art direct photo and video shoots, on-site and off-site
- Build email marketing schedules and track campaign effectiveness across multiple brands
- Manage website updates, content design flow, and assist in UX/UI improvements
- Stay on top of current trends and emerging platforms to position the brand ahead of the curve
Required Skills & Tools:
- Strong knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, UX/UI, and basic HTML
- Experience with video editing software (Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere)
- Social media platforms and in-app content tools
- Experience with email platforms (Active Campaign, Canva)
- Familiarity with Google Business, Yelp, and TripAdvisor management tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle industries
- Strong writing, editing, and project management skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to lead and execute brand strategy
- Comfortable managing multiple brands and marketing calendars simultaneously

Work Environment:
This position is based on-site at one of our flagship locations in the Temecula area. Candidates must be available for occasional off-site events, photo shoots, or vendor meetings.
