General Manager – Boutique Lifestyle Hotel | Washington, DC

We’re searching for a dynamic Hotel General Manager to lead a boutique, design-forward hotel located in the heart of Washington, DC. This lifestyle property is known for its modern guest experience, locally inspired vibe, and strong team culture.

This is a prime opportunity for a results-driven leader who thrives in a hands-on role, enjoys building strong teams, and excels at balancing guest satisfaction with operational success.

💼 Compensation: $125,000–$175,000 + quarterly bonus

📍 Location: Downtown Washington, DC

🕒 Schedule: Full-time, on-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations across front office, housekeeping, engineering, and F&B
• Drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence while maximizing revenue and profit
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing hotel team
• Collaborate with ownership and support departments on strategic planning, budgeting, and brand initiatives
• Ensure brand standards, service culture, and performance KPIs are consistently met or exceeded

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of progressive hotel management experience, including at least 2 years in a senior role (GM, Hotel Manager, or Assistant GM)
• Strong background in full-service or lifestyle hotel environments
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and team engagement
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
