Bilingual Restaurant Manager

Location: 5455 Philadelphia Street, Chino, CA 91710

Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 per year

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Restaurant Manager to join a high-energy team at a fast-paced, full-service restaurant in Chino. This is a hands-on role ideal for a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience while supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
• Lead and motivate a team of hourly staff to meet performance and hospitality standards
• Manage opening and closing duties, shift transitions, and team scheduling
• Ensure high levels of food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
• Handle guest concerns and escalate major issues when needed
• Oversee inventory control, labor management, and cost efficiencies
• Train and develop team members to improve retention and performance
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and employment regulations
• Assist with POS system operations, reporting, and minor troubleshooting

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of restaurant leadership experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and work in a fast-paced setting
