Position: Group Sales Manager

Location: Hanover, MD

Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 base + bonus

About the Opportunity:

Our client in Hanover, Maryland is seeking a results-driven Group Sales Manager to join its team. If you’re charismatic, motivated, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for clients, this could be your next great opportunity!

What You’ll Do:

• Proactively develop and manage a group sales account base
• Respond promptly to leads and inquiries with a consultative, client-focused approach
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and sales trips
• Lead property tours for prospective clients
• Negotiate and close contracts for group blocks and events
• Create and execute sales action plans to target key markets such as corporate, association, SMERF, and catering
• Maintain accurate records of activities and results in CRM

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of hotel group sales experience
• Strong understanding of group segments (corporate, association, SMERF, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel frequently for sales calls and events
