What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of kitchen management or supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
• Passion for Middle Eastern cuisine and culture (experience with Middle Eastern cooking a plus).
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team building and mentorship.
• Knowledge of food safety, inventory management, and cost control.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
