Salary: $85,000 – $90,000
A respected private club in the West Chester, PA area is seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to take the lead in its culinary operations. This is a unique opportunity for a chef who enjoys both creative freedom and operational leadership—overseeing à la carte dining as well as banquets and special events.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and execute all kitchen operations, including à la carte service, events, and banquets
- Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated kitchen team
- Develop seasonal, cost-effective menus that reflect quality and creativity
- Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and sanitation
- Manage food and labor costs effectively
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a club, resort, or restaurant
- Strong knowledge of à la carte and banquet service
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- ServSafe certification required; bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Organized, hands-on, and team-oriented leader
