Salary: $68,700K - $85,900K + Bonus + Relocation Assistance + Temp Housing

We’re searching for a culinary leader who balances innovation and tradition as seamlessly as they balance bold flavors on the plate. What You’ll Be Serving (Your Role at a Glance):
- Craft exciting menus featuring the stars of the food world—think seasonal fruits and vegetables, robust stout and trout pairings, alongside dynamic meat and dairy creations like steaks and shakes (yes, both!).
- Build and lead a team of culinary rock stars, coaching them to greatness one perfectly diced onion at a time.
- Keep a firm hand on kitchen operations, from budgeting to inventory, ensuring both efficiency and excellence.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure a brand-consistent food experience guests won’t forget.
- Champion safety and cleanliness, because no one loves a messy kitchen—except reality TV shows.
The Ideal Candidate Recipe:
- Ingredients Needed: A proven background in upscale dining or hospitality, with a sprinkle of creativity and leadership.
- Preferred Add-ons: A passion for farm-fresh ingredients, a solid knowledge of beer and wine pairings, and a love for blending culinary tradition with innovation.
