Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + $6,000 Bonus Potential

Job Overview:

We are searching for an energetic and guest-oriented Restaurant Manager to take charge of our daily operations and lead our team to success. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong passion for the hospitality industry, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.
• Recruit, train, and inspire team members to deliver excellent service.
• Create effective schedules and oversee team performance to meet operational goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and employees alike.
• Monitor food quality, inventory, and overall efficiency to uphold high standards.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Drive profitability by managing costs and meeting financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company regulations.

Compensation and Perks:

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000.
• Additional bonus potential up to $6,000.
