Title of Position: Banquet/Catering Sales Manager 

Job Responsibilities: Our Banquet Manager is responsible for food & beverage execution for corporate, private and social events throughout the restaurant. The Banquet Manager will work closely with all departments to ensure successful event execution, while overseeing employee breaks, set-up and breakdown. The Banquet Manager is also responsible for developing and enhancing existing private dining and catering business while soliciting new business through lead generation and various traditional and non-traditional sales techniques. The Banquet Manager will work with the Culinary Staff closely, addressing service challenges and applying procedures to prevent them.

Qualifications: 

·        Our Banquet/Catering Sales Manager must have previous Banquet Manager experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant. 

·        Trust, honesty, integrity and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Banquet/Catering Sales Manager 

·        The Banquet/Catering Sales Manager must have a proven track record of managing food and labor costs 

·        Knowledge of industry trends, food & wine pairings, as well as coming up with new and fresh ideas are necessary for the Banquet/Catering Sales Manager 

·        The Banquet/Catering Manager must have experience with corporate, business conferences, meetings and weddings 

·        Knowledge of the Microsoft suite and proficient computer knowledge is strongly recommended of the Banquet/Catering Sales Manager.
