We’ve been delighting guests with our crave-worthy frozen treats, from everyday classics to unexpected flavor adventures. As we continue to expand across the Southeast, we need motivated leaders who can brighten our guests’ day and energize their teams.

Title of Position: General Manager

Location: Tallahassee, FL

What You’ll Do:

·        Lead daily restaurant operations while delivering spectacular guest experiences.

·        Train and develop a high-performing team, ensuring procedures and policies are understood and executed with enthusiasm.

·        Foster a positive, fun atmosphere for both guests and team members.

·        Oversee health, safety, and security standards.

·        Partner with your Management Team to keep the restaurant fully staffed and running smoothly.

·        Drive strong financial performance while maintaining operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

·        At least 3 years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
