General Manager – Fast Casual Restaurant Group (South Bay, Los Angeles Area)

Full-Time | Salary + Bonus | Hands-On Leadership Role


A rapidly growing fast casual restaurant group is seeking a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to oversee one of its high-volume stores in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, made-to-order environment.
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and front/back-of-house crew members.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador—coaching staff to follow brand SOPs, deliver great customer service, and uphold food safety standards.
  • Own the store’s P&L and labor management—accurately schedule to match sales trends and control operating costs.
  • Manage food quality, inventory, prep, and delivery expectations in coordination with a central kitchen model.
  • Ensure all menu items meet standard presentation and preparation guidelines; hold team accountable for consistency.
  • Create a motivating work environment with a focus on accountability, ongoing development, and high team morale.
  • Lead the store like your own business—with initiative, responsiveness, and attention to detail.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a General Manager or AGM in fast casual, QSR, or similar restaurant operations.
  • Proven success in training and leading high-performance teams in a high-volume setting.
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards, labor planning, and profit & loss management.
  • Ability to coach team members on process, service, and efficiency while maintaining a guest-first mindset.
  • Bilingual or multicultural experience a plus (Chinese-speaking teams); not required.
  • Comfortable working 50 hours/week including weekends, evenings, and holidays as business requires.
  • Must be flexible, hands-on, and comfortable working in both FOH and BOH.


Compensation & Perks

  • Base salary: $65,000 - $70,000/year
  • Monthly and quarterly bonuses tied to sales, labor, and food cost targets
