Compensation: $65,000 + Health, Dental, PTO

What You’ll Do:

• Be the calm in the storm on a busy Saturday night service
• Lead and inspire a tight-knit team in both prep and execution
• Ensure every dish hits our high standards—even when you're five tickets deep
• Assist with specials, inventory, scheduling, and bringing fresh ideas to the menu
• Bridge the gap between BOH and FOH through clear communication and collaboration
• Be trusted to lead when the Exec is out—and still keep the bar high

What You Bring:

• Solid experience in upscale casual or fine dining (2–4 years in a kitchen leadership role)
• A clean, organized approach to your station and your crew
• A passion for food—but not the ego
• Experience managing prep, staff, and service without micromanaging
• Cool head, high standards, and a willingness to teach and learn
