What You’ll Do:

• Lead day-to-day operations with precision and a strong floor presence
• Mentor and develop salaried managers and hourly team members
• Oversee service, execution, and cleanliness with a sharp eye for detail
• Maintain strong financial control over labor, cost of goods, and P&L
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with grace and consistency

Ideal Experience:

• 5+ years of General Manager experience in upscale casual, high-volume dining
• Strong background in both front- and back-of-house operations
• Confident in team building, accountability, and leadership under pressure
• Financially savvy — knows how to balance guest experience with profitability
