• Lead with Vision: Guide and empower General Managers and Assistant Managers across multiple locations to deliver top-notch guest experiences.

• Drive Excellence: Conduct hands-on evaluations to ensure stellar service, mouthwatering food quality, and spotless operations.

• Grow Talent: Recruit, train, and develop rockstar management teams for long-term success.

Who You Are:

• A seasoned pro with 3+ years of multi-unit management experience in casual or fast-casual dining.
• A master of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, with a proven track record of boosting kitchen efficiency and profitability.
• A numbers ninja with strong financial acumen, adept at managing budgets, labor, and food costs.
• A people-first leader with exceptional communication and team-building skills.
